We didn't set out to make a hot sauce. We set out to make something we couldn't find anywhere — a sauce with real depth, real funk, real heat. Not vinegar and extract. Something fermented from scratch with ingredients that don't usually share a jar.
Kiwi was the wildcard that changed everything. The tang, the sweetness, the way it transforms after weeks of fermentation — it's unlike anything on the shelf.
